I also think of earning through blogging, but in an indirect way. I don’t want to sell anything or earn via adsense. I plan to start an expert blog, where I could write based on my professional experience. I work as a contractor and think being recognisable in the industry would make it easier to find new contracts with better salary per day. Do you think this would be profitable?

When I was starting out, it was challenging but after building an online Audience, and getting the right ways to monetize my blog, things started working out for me. So in my opinion I think the best way is to Build a reliable audience base for your Blog, and then find the best networks or ways to make money on your blog.
