A Book Written by Theodore H. Epp (Founder ‘Back to the Bible Ministries’)
A Book Review: This book is about an incredible life journey (story) of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Epp. The Founder of Back to the Bible ministries. How they ventured by faith in the ministry of Back to the Bible is really an amazing story.

A Book Review:
Here is a worth mentioning incident from his life story,:
The Story began in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1939 A young man, driven by a vision, walked into the office of a radio station manager. and he spoke boldly:
“We noted that you have every thing on your broadcasts that the people want except something for the heart. We have that and would like the opportunity of presenting it to the people.” That was not what I had planned to say. In fact, the words had never entered my mind. But it was evident that God was leading, for the managers were impressed. In the short discussion that followed, they were convinced that a Gospel program was something they certainly did need on their station.
I had also planned what to say concerning the finance of such an undertaking; but when suddenly asked who would finance the program, I could not remember any of the planned statements.
I bluntly stated that for the past 12 years we had been working in co-operation with a Partner who had taken the responsibility of all of our financial needs. This statement seemed to make quite an impression on the manager. Of course, I had no way of knowing what their thoughts were, but they knew that I had just come from Oklahoma, and Oklahoma is known for its oil millionaires. When asked who this person was, I answered, “God is our partner,” The managers at first seemed somewhat stunned at this bold statement, but they were unable to lightly throw aside such a statement. They replied that since we had God as a partner, certainly they were willing to venture it.
I asked to purchase a 30 minute daily period on the large 10,000- watt station. I was asked to return the next morning I arrived promptly with my hopes high. I felt that now we had found the place to which God was leading. … on April 6, a contract was given to me for consideration. Instead of offering a 30-minute daily period on the large station I was offered 15 minutes a day the small local station, and the price of $ 9 a program was cut in half to $ 4.50,.”
The rest is history and the reader will get encouraged by the reading of this faithful venture on the pages of this well narrated book.

Theodore H.Epp had just 65 dollars when he made the first broadcast for Back to the Bible on May 1, 1939. That was several years ago. And during those years his Partner has supplied everything.”

Dr. Kroll joined Back to the Bible in August 1990 as general Director and Bible Teacher. In between a brief period-from1981 to 1989- Warren W Wiersbe (former Bible teacher of Moody Church in Chicago, Illinois served as a leader to this Lincoln based ministry. Since 1990 Dr. Kroll is serving as a principal speaker on the ministry’s daily worldwide broadcast on radio and television, which has grown to a listener ship of millions around the world. It has offices in twelve different countries in 25 different languages. Its main radio program can be heard from Radio Sri Lanka in the morning hours (IST 7.00).
