Yes, along with Ann I fully agree that they do interact with people who deals with internet writing through their websites.
I have had the experience in one of the hangouts conducted by John Mueller and his team sometime back. In fact that was my first experience with a Hangout. Since it was my first encounter in a HOA I was a bit confused and on the run I really missed the line, and I become a bit laughing stock in that hangout. I was not ashamed to write about that experience in one of my write-ups on these pages.
Not only this, my experiences with Google’s Knol too can speak volumes on the interactions of Google’s staff. Though in some exceptional cases there was a bit silence too! But over all their answers to our queries on our forums/communities etc. were tremendous.
