A lot of men think they are doing a favor by asking for her hand in marriage,
But let’s think about this:
She changes her name,
Changes her home,
Leaves her family,
Moves in with you,
Builds a home with you,
Gets pregnant for you,
She gets fat,
Pregnancy changes her body,
Almost gives up in the labor room due to the unbearable pains of childbirth,
Even the kids she delivers bear your name.
Till the day she dies…
Everything she does, cooking, cleaning your house, taking care of your parents, bringing up your children, earning, advising you, ensuring you can be relaxed, maintaining all family relations, everything that benefits you...
Sometimes at the cost of her own health, hobbies, and beauty.
So who is really doing whom a favor? Is the question unanswered!
Dear men appreciate the women in your lives always,
Because it is not easy to be a woman.

Ada Lovelace, first computer programmer:
Ada Lovelace, born in 1815 to famed poet Lord Byron and his wife, is known as the first computer programmer.
When renowned mathematician Charles Babbage began working on his “Analytical Engine,”
she served as the key interpreter, describing exactly how it worked for the public.
Specifically, she explained how the machine used algorithms and sequences–the world’s first computer program.
Her explanation was published in 1843. In the 70s, the Department of Defense created a combination of computer languages and named them “Ada.”

I liked the note you received and glad you mentioned it here as well. I think it explains the life of a woman from the time she is born till she dies – living for others and forgets to live her own life. All she needs is a little love and respect from the men and I don’t think that’s asking for much, isn’t it?

Although I’m not married and don’t have any children I applaud you for sharing that about women. People don’t seem to understand what all they give up and we used to be looked down on as the weaker sex. Yeah, do all of that and then come back to me and tell me who is the weaker one! LOL!!!
