Web Hosters: A ton of material is available on the INTERNET about various web hosters.

But a new blogger will get confused over such a lot of information on this subject.

Indeed a newbie will be in a great dilemma to select the right service providers!

Who Is The Best?

Indeed, it all really confuses!

How to find a right host!

Yes, in fact, a lot of things are written about their merits and demerits!

Going through all these material is a cumbersome job and selecting one is again a bit difficult task too!

In the beginning, when I started my blogging journey I have no fear or worry about these aspects of blogging since I have been using Google’s wonderful platform called blogger.com.

But after I decided to go for an own domain I have to think on these lines seriously and an online friend   pageSpeed lap

of mine helped me in this aspect of migrating my pages from Blogger to WordPress and he did the rest of the job for me with a mutual understanding and he did all that part for me. Read more about him in this post.   So I never felt any difficulty in selecting a host for my pages.

He used a shared platform and on a later stage, we faced a bit of a problem with that hosters.  Rest is the history of this page and another online friend helped me in migrating all my posts from the old hosters and to the present format.  A short note on that story you can read on this post HERE

Anyways whatever it is selecting a user-friendly trouble free hosting platform is a cumbersome job. Before deciding on this one need to go through and check few genuine reviews on this subject.

  2. Hi Philip Sir,
Thank You for introducing Erik to us! A very great infographic post..
In my view, BlueHost is just outstanding for small blogs. Their contact support is very fast and reliable. I have been using it since I started self-hosted WordPress blogs.

  5. I have been with GoDaddy for years and every so often somone tells me that I should switch to BlueHost. Of course this then begins the wondering about whether, or not, I am with the right hosting company.

  6. Hi Philip,

Thanks for sharing your experiences and that interesting infographic with us.

I’ve had some bad hosting company experiences and am currently with SiteGround who have been the best I have tried so far. (Although Hostica deserves honorable mention for hosting some of my older sites with no issues and great support n the few occasions I need them.)

Perhaps one day I will need to move to a Managed WordPress Hosting company, as I have had a few security issues – but hoping my latest improvement at SiteGround will keep me safe.

    Hi Philip

Great infographic. I learned things I didn’t know about both hosting companies from it.
I was with Blue Host first for years. Found it rather expensive and the emails back and forth
got tedious With GoDaddy I got a great deal on a years hosting. I have found that the support
at GoDaddy to be very good. I would never go back to Blue Host again.
