Sorry to read about that bad issues you faced with your previous host, and good to know that it is finally solved.
For me, I faced some issues with my hosting companies, I tried a lot of hosting platforms, and got the best ever hosting services from companies that no one ever heard of, shared hosting providers and VPS providers. Since then, I don’t believe in the big names, I have built my own factors to assess their support, before and after the registration.

I too faced this kind of bad experience with my hosting companies in the past after a long research I found a good hosting and now working with them the hosting service was excellent when compared to the past.
