    Great post! Another concept that I think is important is positioning – in particular, how do you differentiate yourself when you’re a product-based company rather than a service-based company? Even product-based companies offer service i.e. customer service, so rather than a race-to-the-bottom, you provide great service when you provide your products. A great example is office equipment – how do you stand out from other office equipment providers? With your reputation, with your reviews, with an emotional connection with your brand. It makes all the difference!
