SITTING IS KILLING YOU! An Alert To All!

Sitting is killing

We especially the bloggers sit hours together on our computer chairs to finish our assignments.   Many others spend time sitting on their sofa sets to watch TV etc.  Likewise, most office-goers spend the majority of their time sitting on their chairs to finish their task.  The latest research says that “Sitting is Killing You”.  This is no doubt shocking news to all!  But the truth is that the continuous or long sitting gives us trouble, say even more trouble to our healthy body. In this infographic, the author emphasizes the seriousness due to long sitting.

With the advent of Television, Computers, and other Desk Jobs we are sitting more than we are sleeping! The Washington Post reports say that, “It is estimated that it’s 9.3 hours a day, more than the average sleeping time of 7.7 hours. Also please read my feedback there.

People with sitting jobs have twice the rate of cardiovascular disease as people with other jobs.

For people who have sitting jobs, it is inevitable, but the extra hours after that is more trouble giving.
