  1. Hi Philip and Sophie,

This sure came at the appropriate time for me. I’m “tracking” my intake of foods lately. I need to loose some of my “winter weight” and am eating only whole foods.

I like to have a few colors at a meal. Roots like beets coupled with a yellow squash and so on. It is good fuel for my body as well as looking appetizing.

    Thanks for this!

  2. Hi Philip,

Cacao is making a big push to the top of this list. Heard great things about it.

We enjoyed fresh cacao in a remote Costa Rican jungle last year. I picked it off of a tree in the wilds, sampled and my energy levels jumped for hours. I hope it was not a strain of cocaine LOL. Seriously though, all food stuffs above are pure gold. I eat each on the regular. Maybe I can be as old as Yoda.

    Thanks for sharing :)
