  1. 5 minutes works for me Tanya and P. Gotta love short bursts of focus. This is how I do blogging; from commenting and reading and social sharing, a few moments of intense focus improves my drive and clarifies my intent.

  2. Interesting ideas for each day. My worst thing is being online too much and not working in my real world house! Stay on top of menus for the weeks and shopping lists to keep up to date with what is needed helps alot.
