  14. Hi Tanya & Philip,

Your infographic is great. As a blogger working from my home office and many others like me, we need all the motivation we can get. It is vital to leverage that little time you have and make the most of it – five minutes concentration can take you places. Setting attainable goals always work pretty well because it assures you that you can make it.

  16. Hi Philip,

Motivation is what we need everyday. Without motivation human brain cannot do anything. Sometimes you get motivation from money or sometimes you get it from movies or stories.

As long as the motivation is there to help you get the best out of your efforts, you should follow that.

So many wonderful tips for motivation! Very nice infographic – they make one of the best visuals. For me, listening to music, classical slows me down – puts me into a reflective mood. But good-ole- rock ‘n roll will really help to get me pumped! I also keep a success journal to remind me of my achievements. It’s easy to remember the negative but celebrating yourself is a challenge, right? We must always remember how great , special, and unique we are :-)
