Hi Philip,
Very interesting infographic. I didn’t know that men mostly dream of men. All these years I’m been thinking my hubs is dreaming of swimsuit models. :) I don’t see how we can accomplish the “required” amount of sleep hours, especially if it’s straight, sound sleep. I wake up several times during the night and make at least an in between potty break.
I’m passing this along as I think several will be interested in the stats.
Have a great week ahead!

Thanks for sharing this infographic, Phil.
You seem to care a lot about the topic of sleeping and well-being. What I found most fascinating is the fact that you can die after 10 days of not sleeping! That doesn’t sound like a lot at all, then again, your body would most likely force you to sleep before that happens.
Cheers,
Anh
