As I mentioned in one of my posts, Infographic is here to stay! It is true that the year ahead is for visuals.  Yes, it’s now the time for visuals and Infographics.  In this post,  13 Secrets About Your Blog reveals some vital secrets about your blog.

Yes, in this busy world all are in a hurry to move with their daily activities.

In such a trend or situation people do not have much time to read a lengthy post written by an expert or for that matter a newbie with his amazing first contribution!

No doubt, that might be an exemplary one presented it in a wonderful way, but sad to say that, the busy man does not have time to go thru fully at one stretch.

But at the same time the same content if they present it in an attractive and eye capturing way with lots of images in an Infographic post, I am sure that will grab the attention of the visitors.

That is where an Infographic comes with its real value!

There are a good number of companies or organizations or individual fully involved in this activity of developing eye capturing visuals.

In this post, I would like to introduce one such organization who covers or develop such infographics for the benefit of the content publishers as well as their readers.

Here is an infographic developed for Philipscom by this amazing company called TRENDoGRAPHIC.

    Hi, Phillip!
How are you doing today? Hope you’re doing great.
Honestly this is an amazing infographic!
I do agree the facts which you’ve mentioned above.
Posts which go over 1300+ words will have more conversion than shorter articles.

Mostly, I publish only one or two articles in a month.

I’m trying to increase the number of contents, but lack of schedule this one.

I do agree, weekly contents get more traffic.

    Thanks for sharing…

    • Hi Kim,
I am doing well, hope you do the same.
Thank you for asking and sharing your thoughts on this subject.
      Yes, Kim
I used to post shorter ones and later I realised that such posts will get less attentions and readability.
It is really good to have longer ones with lot of useful information packed in! :-)
Yes, Consistence or frequency too can play a good role in this aspect
Thanks for sharing this valuable feedback.
May you have a great time ahead.

Good to hear that you like the post.
It is observed that Mondays and Thursday are best if your audiences are from the western side.
Saturday’s and Sundays are the worst.
It all depends on the time zones too.

These 13 secrets are the real ingredients of a successful blog.

Whether we can post on regular basis or not, we should admit it, sticking to a posting schedule is really important, it gives your readers an idea on when the new post will be published, so they come again in the expected time.

The same with social media engagement, it is one of the biggest sources of traffic that shouldn’t be missed.

Keep posting these great stuffs, Philip!

    Hi Philip,

Nice post on the value of Infographics in Blog posts.

I completely agree with you that site visitors are visual people. Pictures always seem to grab and hold their attention much better than words.

Offering an Infographic packed with information, that one can use immediately is a really great attention grabbing tactic.

Loved the content of your Infographic tons of value there, delivered using pictures. Great job.

BTW, I’m not sure whether there is a typo in 12 or not.

The headline reads Fellow Bloggers, which sort of makes sense, but I thought that it should read Follow Bloggers. Please ignore this if Fellow Bloggers was what you had wanted as the headline of item 12.

Thanks a ton for sharing this Philip. Enjoyed the read.

    Bye for now.

    • Hi Ivan,
What a joy to see you here again.
Thank you so much for your value added feedback.
Yes, a major number of our visitors are visual conscious people and if we can hold them back with our lovely or attractive eye-capturing images, I am sure that will be a feast for them :-)
Coming to the point you notified about point #12 It is fellow only I meant. This is, in fact, a simplified version of my post published on these pages under the title: “Bloggers Do You Know These Secrets… Please do have a look.
But still, I think there is a grammatical error occurred in it.
      Thanks for pointing out this.
May you have a great and profitable day. :-)
      With kind regards
      Yours sincerely

  15. Hey Philip,

In the past few years, blogging and content creation has changed quite significantly. There used to be a few good rules and best practices that most bloggers could follow and succeed. But things are not that simple anymore.

New trends are developing in the blogging world. And by following these trends as soon as possible, we can have an edge over our competitors. Text-based blog posts are still the main medium of communicating via web. But images and infographics have certainly made a dent.

Even if our blog post is consisted of text, it must have images in it. It is now a proven fact that blog post with images get maximum traffic views. Apart from simple images and screenshots, infographics have also become an integral part of any successful content marketing plan. We suspect that content marketing and blogging will continue to develop with these trends. So it is time to adapt these new blogging strategies and follow these trends. Eventually, thanks for sharing your worthy thought with amazing info-graphics.

    With best regards,

  17. Hi Phillip,

Good tips! Whether posting weekly or daily you will rock it out with traffic and building your rep, so the consistency tip is A1. I swear, beyond aligning my energy/having loads of fun with blogging, showing up 1-2 times weekly helped me to stand out in my niche. Just by having fun, helping folks and showing up I turned around my blog and online brand. Thanks for sharing!

I wonder if you would just mind clarifying the difference between numbers 2 and 11 please?

Thanks so much – I think these points show that I am moving in the right direction with my blog.

  20. Nice post!
Posting the content regularly and publishing the content in a specific time has a direct relation with the traffic. People know that this person usually publish at this time and is again gonna do the same so they visit the websites prior to posting. Apart from this, layout of the website also matters.Appealing site design attract the users most!

    • Hi Manoj,
      Yes, Google like lengthier posts.
Not only that there are various other benefits too.
Posting on Mondays and Thursdays are a proven method and i experienced it too, all depends of the audience you have and from which destination from they are, that matters a lot,
If its from westeren countries i am sure Saturdays and Sundays are not recommended, but from Asian countries it may sometimes work, but i still doubt that, as many even in India
prefer to keep away from their sites on weekends.
      Keep visiting
Have a great time of interaction ahead.

Infographics are best to understand a complex thing. People prefer to see and understand instead of reading and listening. But an infographic should be very authentic and it should provide accurate information and stats.
