Today’s lifestyle is all about young individuals running around to meet deadlines, not getting enough sleep, and constantly aiming to reach higher. Hi Philip, Amen dude! I lay in bed for 8-10 hours daily – even if I ain’t sleeping – to rest, relax, recharge and to chill out as I go through my day. Form of surrender. But old me worked hard, strained and strived and struggled and got sick more often too. I kept reaching when all my sweetness was within arm’s length.
